DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY
All products sold through CEO Board are digital products. No physical items will be shipped, and no shipping address is required.
DIGITAL DELIVERY
After your payment has been successfully confirmed, you will receive:
• An order confirmation email; and
• A separate email titled “Your downloads are ready” containing a secure download link.
Digital files are normally available within a few minutes of completing your purchase. Delivery is made to the email address entered during checkout.
DOWNLOADS
Your purchase includes access to a downloadable ZIP file containing the CEO Execution System™ materials. The current file size is approximately 13 MB.
The download page displays the number of downloads remaining. Download links are provided for the purchaser’s personal use and must not be shared, transferred, resold or distributed.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If you do not receive your download email:

Check your spam, junk and promotions folders.

Confirm that you entered the correct email address during checkout.

Allow a few minutes for the payment to be confirmed.

Contact us through the Contact page on ceoboard.shop and provide your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
If your download fails or the file cannot be opened, contact us and we will assist you with accessing your purchase.
NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING
The CEO Execution System™ is delivered entirely in digital format. You will not receive printed materials or any physical package by post or courier.
